1180 Raymond Boulevard

This 449-foot residential skyscraper is located in downtown Newark, NJ just north of Four Corners across from Military Park. A hallmark of the Newark skyline since its construction as a 35-story office building in 1930, it is noted for its Art Deco detail and ornamentation and was designed by prominent Newark architect Frank Grad.

UBS provided hoisting and protection systems during its conversion into residential apartments in 2006, after a $120 million renovation.
